Meet Drue
Hi, I’m Drue, LCSW, founder of Reset and Rise Counseling. I provide online trauma-informed therapy for adult women in Utah who are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, anxious, or emotionally exhausted, even when they look “high-functioning” on the outside.
With years of experience in private practice and at the University of Utah Trauma Center, I’ve supported individuals and families through trauma, grief, crisis, and major life transitions. As a mother of five and a grandmother, I understand how complex life can be and how difficult it is to ask for support when you’re used to carrying everything yourself.
My Process
My therapy style is warm, collaborative, and evidence-based. I blend Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and solution-focused therapy to help you calm your nervous system, process what you’ve been through, and build practical tools for everyday life.
I specialize in:
Anxiety and chronic stress
Depression
Trauma and PTSD
Grief and loss
Life transitions and relationship challenges
Why I Do This Work
I believe no one should have to navigate life’s hardest seasons alone. My goal is to help you feel supported, understood, and emotionally steady as you reconnect with yourself and move forward with clarity and confidence.
You’ve been strong for everyone else.
Now it’s time to take care of
you.
